DESCRIPTION:Please join us for this free community event where all are welcome to attend.  The event will be held in the cafeteria of Hayesville High School with food & socializing starting at 11:00 am\, followed by our keynote speaker\, Chelsea White-Hoglen\, at 12:00 pm.   Chelsea is a grassroots community activist from Sylva NC and she has devoted her life’s work to organizing in rural communities on issues like healthcare and jobs that impact poor and working class people.  BBQ and drinks will be provided for this is a potluck event\, so please bring a side-dish to share and enjoy a fun & energizing day with Clay County Democrats.

DESCRIPTION:NOTE: Attendees only need to attend the 1-hour meeting corresponding to your precinct.  See times below.  Find your precinct here or call Clay Democratic HQ at 828-361-3913.   \nThe Clay County Democratic Party will be holding three 1-hour meetings for us to organize our party precincts for the upcoming year.  All registered democrats of Clay County are welcome and encouraged to attend this free event.  We can not overstate the power of neighbors talking to their neighbors! By organizing your precinct you are building power in your local communities — power that is going to elect a Democratic US Senator from North Carolina\, elect statewide Judges\, hold Governor Cooper’s veto power in the general assembly\, and send local Democrats to office across the state.  Please join us for this event where you can learn\, provide feedback\, and get involved in your Democratic Party. \nThere are three meeting times organized by precinct\, and three precincts will meet together at the same time in each meeting session.  Each meeting will last approximately one hour.  Please attend the meeting at the time corresponding to your precinct. \n\n10:00 AM – Hayesville 1\, Hayesville 2\, and Central Precincts\n1:00 PM – Brasstown\, Warne\, and Sweetwater Precincts\n3:00 PM – Hiawassee\, Tusquittee\, and Shooting Creek Precincts
