Banned Book Club
April 13 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm EDT

At our last meeting, Judith Alvarado provided enlightening information from REACH about local services for domestic violence.
Those who attended selected Braiding Sweetgrass, Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge, and the Teachings of Plants by Robin Wall Kimmerer as our reading selection for April. The author blends botany with Indigenous wisdom, particularly from her Potawatomi heritage, to explore humanity’s relationship with the natural world.
